John E. Fleming Scholarship for Student Leadership

There is one scholarship @ $1,000.00 for a student who demonstrates strong leadership experience in the final year of a minimum 2 year program.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Protected Person or International Student
2. Enrolled full-time in the final year of any Sheridan Program with a minimum 2 year duration of program Joint Programs excluded.
3. Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher *Previous Sheridan full-time GPA required*
4. Demonstrate strong leadership experience within the past 2 years. This can include leadership in a club or volunteer capacity, governance, or service activities in school or community.

Note: The recipient will have the opportunity to meet with John Fleming, Sheridan’s past Board of Governors Chair, for a mentoring session.
