The Anne Marie Cerato Young Advocate Bursary is designed to support and inspire young individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in lung cancer advocacy. Named in honor of Anne Marie Cerato, a dedicated advocate and long-time Lung Cancer Canada board member whose unwavering commitment to raising awareness and improving care for those affected by lung cancer has left an indelible mark, this bursary seeks to continue her legacy by empowering young advocates to carry the torch forward.
Application Process
Applicants are required to submit a proposal outlining which conference they wish to attend, why it’s important for their advocacy work, and how they plan to use the knowledge and connections gained to make a positive impact. A selection committee will review all applications and select the most promising candidates based on their potential to create meaningful change in the lung cancer community.
