Zonta Club of Oakville

Zonta International is a global organization of executives and professionals working together to advance the status of women worldwide through service and advocacy. The Zonta Club of Oakville is one of 1,200 Zonta Clubs throughout the world. Our mission is to assist women and children in the Halton Region.

The Zonta Club of Oakville will award five (5) scholarships of $1,000.00

Eligibility criteria:

  • Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Protected Person and a resident of the Halton Region: Burlington, Halton Hills, Milton, or Oakville.
  • Must be enrolled full-time in a Sheridan program at the Trafalgar campus.
  • Must be a single woman who is from an abusive background (i.e. emotional, physical or sexual abuse).
  • Must demonstrate financial need.
